Participants interested in attending the Second International Congress on Cancer Prevention must first register on the Congress website. After logging in, navigate to the “Log in / sing in” section in the right-hand menu of your personal dashboard, select the required services, and proceed to payment.

Important Notice for Paper Authors:
Final acceptance of papers, issuance of certificates, and publication of articles is contingent upon registration and payment by 20 September 2025 (non-extendable). Failure to register will result in the removal of the paper from the Congress program.

Registration, Services Selection, and Payment Guidelines:
Registration Group: Since service fees vary by participant group, please first ensure that your registration group is correctly set under “My Profile” in your dashboard. The invoice will reflect fees according to the selected registration group. Available registration groups include:

Faculty Members of Zanjan University: Selecting the corresponding registration group will set the registration fee to zero in the system. The equivalent registration cost will be directly transferred to the Congress account from the Research Deputy Grant.

Accommodation and Other Services: Participants who wish to use accommodation or catering services should select options according to type of accommodation, meals, and specific day.

Congress Schedule:
The Congress will commence at 08:00 AM on Wednesday, 30 September 2025, and will officially conclude at 12:00 PM on Thursday, 1 October 2025, following lunch. A half-day sightseeing tour is planned for Thursday afternoon, and further details will be announced shortly.
