With sincere appreciation for the contributions and collaboration of the esteemed authors, we hereby inform you that authors whose papers have been accepted are kindly requested to prepare their presentation files in accordance with the type of acceptance (oral/poster) and upload the relevant files to their personal account on the Congress website no later than October 31, 2026.
Please note that for both types of presentation, uploading both a PowerPoint file (PPT) and a PDF file is mandatory.
For oral presentations, the allocated presentation time is 10–12 minutes, followed by 3–5 minutes for questions and answers. The total time for each presentation, including discussion, will be limited to 15 minutes, as managed by the session chair.
For poster presentations, the posters must be designed in A1 size and in accordance with the proposed template. It should be noted that the Congress Secretariat will be responsible for printing the posters and installing them at the designated location on the day of the Congress. Participants will have the opportunity to visit the poster exhibition during the event.
