The Congress welcomes paper submissions in both Persian and English. All manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the official templates provided by the Congress Secretariat.

Each submission must include the following three separate files:

1. Full Paper
2. Abstract
3. Lay Summary (Public Outreach Message)

Please note that authors submitting papers in English are required, upon acceptance for oral presentation, to deliver their presentation in English during the Congress sessions.

Following the peer review process and the announcement of results, authors of accepted papers will be asked to prepare either an oral presentation file or a poster. Official templates for both oral and poster presentations will be made available on the Congress platform in due course.
